Bakery: Doughnuts and Rolls

Yes, we still make our own doughnuts!

Many other retailers do not fry their own doughnuts, but use frozen doughnuts from a box! But they are just not as good as fresh doughnuts!

Our bakers mix the dough and cut the doughnuts by hand every morning!	The next step is to place the doughnut dough onto the frying screens.
After proofing, we fry the doughnuts. We have to flip them after about 1 minute on each side.	We cover them in doughnut glaze while they are still warm. These steps result in delicious, mouth watering doughnuts!

We still make the doughnuts the old fashioned way!
